大学生劳动行为倾向及影响因素的逻辑回归分析——基于广州地区高校的调查实证研究

摘要 劳动行为是劳动者受自身因素和客观环境影响所发起的社会实践或行动,大学生的劳动行为是高校立德树人劳动教育成果的具体体现。以广州地区高校790名大学生为研究对象,将其劳动行为倾向作为因变量,个体、家庭和学校因素作为三个变量组进行分析发现,个人因素对大学生劳动行为倾向不产生影响,家庭生存环境、高校劳动教育侧重点、劳动教育激励对其劳动行为倾向有显著作用。良好的家庭劳动教育氛围对大学生劳动教育认知有显著影响,可通过后天环境影响,提升大学生对劳动教育的价值和自我认同感。此外,基于个人成长需求,高校应通过激励手段提高大学生参与劳动教育的积极性。 Labor behavior is the social practice or action initiated by workers under the influence of their own factors and objective environment.College students’labor behavior is the concrete embodiment of the achievement of moral education in colleges and universities.The study takes 790 college students in Guangzhou District as the research objects,takes labor behavior tendency as the dependent variable,and individual,family and school as three independent variables.It is found that individual factor has no college students’labor behavior tendency,and family living environment,emphasis of university labor education and labor education mechanism have significant function on labor behavior tendency.Good family labor education atmosphere has significant influence on college students’labor behavior.Acquired environment can improve the value of labor education and college students’sense of identity.In addition,colleges and universities should improve college students’enthusiasm of labor education participation through incentive means based on the demands of individual development.
