摘要
随着科教兴国和人才强国战略的推行,地方高校师范生总数在逐渐增多,但其毕业生数量与专业对口的就业岗位数量间存在不均衡的现象。为提高地方高校师范生就业率,采用SWOT理论和问卷调查的形式对其就业现状进行调研。结果显示,地方高校师范生就业满意度处于中等偏上水平,在生源地上存在显著性差异,多数学生会选择专业对口或相关联的工作。地方高校应引导师范生充分发挥专业知识、综合能力和主动性等优势抓住学校提供的就业机会,对不同生源地的师范生进行针对性就业服务与指导。在多途径提供就业机会的同时,高校也要强化自身的就业服务和指导水平,进而提高学生的就业满意度。
With the promotion of developing the country through science and technology,and work force development strategy,the total number of local normal university students is gradually increasing,but there is imbalance between the number of graduates and employment post number which matches the major.In order to improve the employment rate of local normal university students,SWOT theoretical analysis and questionnaire survey are adopted to investigate their employment status.The results show that the employment satisfaction of local normal university students is above the average level,there is significant difference in source of students,and most students choose jobs that are related to their major.Local universities should guide normal university students to fully play the advantages of major knowledge,comprehensive ability and initiative;grasp the employment opportunities which school provides,and provide targeted employment services and guidance to normal university students from different places of origin.At the same time,colleges and universities should strengthen their own employment services and guidance level,so as to improve students’employment satisfaction.
