摘要
酒店管理专业学生顶岗实习是应用型本科院校实践教学的重要环节,学生通过顶岗实习掌握酒店服务的实践技能,了解酒店的业务流程和各部门工作内容,能有效促进学生专业认同感的形成和未来的职业发展。采用问卷调查法对学生的顶岗实习情况进行分析发现,尽管顶岗实习是各大专院校所有酒店管理专业学生长期以来实践教学的主要内容,但是,实习效果并不尽如人意,达不到学校预期的教学目标,甚至部分学生在完成酒店顶岗实习后毕业择业时不愿意从事酒店行业的工作。据此,校企双方应共同制定顶岗实习教学大纲,建立实习评价体系,构建工学交替的教学实践模式,以促进学生实习与就业无缝衔接。
On-the-job practice of hotel management major students is an important link in practical teaching of applied undergraduate colleges.Students can grasp practical skill of hotel service through on-the-job practice,and know business process of the hotel and working content of all departments.This can effectively promote the form of students’professional identity and future career development.Questionaire survey method is used to analyze the in-post practice of students.It is found that although on-the-job practice is the main content of practical teaching of students of hotel management major in all universities and colleges,the practical effect is not very good,and it can’t meet the requirements of expectant teaching goal,even some students are not willing to work on hotel industry after on-the-job practice.School and enterprise should formulate the teaching outline of on-the-job practice,establish practice evaluation system,and construct teaching practice model of alternation between study and work,to promote the seamless connection of practice and employment.
