Development Strategy of Low Cost Reading Promotion Project in the Public Library

低成本阅读推广是未来我国公共图书馆阅读推广的发展趋势。针对我国阅读推广活动成本高、效果不良问题,可借鉴俄罗斯、爱尔兰及我国低成本阅读推广案例的成功经验,从而找到适合我国公共图书馆低成本阅读推广发展的策略:应利用政府资源、社会资源及网络资源,设计出成本低、参与面广的阅读推广项目,同时进一步挖掘图书馆员的潜力,大力开发和利用志愿者资源,推动我国图书阅读推广活动可持续健康发展。

Low-cost reading is the development tendency of the reading promotion of China’s public libraries.According to the high cost and bad effect of reading promotion,we can learn from the successful experience of low-cost reading promotion cases in Russia,Ireland and China,and find out the suitable strategies for the low-cost reading promotion in public libraries in China.It is suggested to utilize government,social and network resources,design low-cost and wide reading promotion project,further explore the potential of librarians,greatly develop and utilize volunteer resources,and promote the sustainable development of reading promotion activities in China.
