基于使用后评价(POE)的医疗建筑人性化设计方法研究

Research on Humanized Design Method of Medical Building Based on Post Occupancy Evaluation(POE)

为了提升患者的就医体验,医疗建筑设计应围绕以人为本的思想,在满足基本医疗功能的同时加入人性化设计,改善人与建筑的关系。文章使用POE评价法对医疗建筑各个模块进行研究,探寻人性化设计的表现,并得出营造舒适化知觉环境、设置多元化护理单元、搭建模块化医疗街区三种人性化设计方法,为医疗建筑增添舒适的形象标签贡献一份力量。

In order to improve patients’ medical experience, the design of medical buildings should be centered on the idea of peopleorientation, and humanized design should be added while satisfying basic medical functions to improve the relationship between people and buildings. This paper uses POE evaluation method to study each module of medical buildings to explore the performance of humanized design, and comes up with three humanized design methods: creating a comfortable perceptual environment, setting up diversified nursing units and constructing modular medical blocks, which contribute to adding comfortable image labels to medical buildings.
