多重约束条件下基于GIS的风貌保护精细化分析

摘要 在生态文明建设和历史文化保护日渐重要的今天,历史文化名城、名镇、名村风貌保护的重要性也越发凸显。而在规划编制和规划管理实务中,需要进行风貌保护的地带往往有着较为综合的上位约束条件,多重的约束条件以及日渐精细化的规划管理要求都需要更加科学精确的风貌保护分析方法。本研究利用ArcGIS软件中的“天际线”等工具,在综合多重约束条件的基础上对分析对象进行了综合视线分析,得出该地块上各部分的精细化的建筑限高,从而为保护规划的编制以及规划管理提供指导,同时也可以为其他同样面临多重约束条件的风貌保护地带的保护和管理工作提供参考。 Today,with the increasingly important ecological civilization construction and historical and cultural protection,the importance of landscape protection of famous historical and cultural cities,towns and villages has become increasingly prominent.However,in the planning preparation and planning management practice,the zones requiring landscape protection often have more comprehensive upper constraints.The multiple constraints and the increasingly refined planning management requirements all require more scientific and accurate analysis methods for landscape protection.In this study,the"skyline"and other tools in ArcGIS software are used to conduct a comprehensive view analysis on the analysis object on the basis of comprehensive multi-constraint conditions,and obtain accurate building height limit of each part of the plot,so as to provide guidance for the preparation of protection planning and planning management,and also provide reference for the protection and management of other protection zones that also face multiple constraints.
