基于用户需求的传统社区公共空间智慧化改造设计研究

Research on Intelligent Transformation Design of Traditional Community Public Space Based on User Demand

与新建智慧社区相比,传统社区的智慧化改造是一项更为庞大的惠民工程,但在改造的过程中也存在着一些问题,例如智慧化突出不明显,受限于空间布局无法满足社区居民的需求。因此,论文在分析之前传统社区智慧化改造过程所面临困境的基础上,由“供给导向”模式转变为“需求导向”模式,探索传统社区公共空间智慧化改造的新方法,为未来智慧社区改造提供可复制的模式和经验。

Compared with the new smart community, the smart transformation of traditional community is a larger project to benefit the people, but there are also some problems in the process of transformation, such as the prominence of wisdom is not obvious,limited by the spatial layout can not meet the needs of community residents. Therefore, based on the analysis of the difficulties faced by the process of intelligent transformation of traditional communities, this study changes from the "supply-oriented" mode to the "demand-oriented" mode, explores new methods of intelligent transformation of traditional community public space, and provides replicable models and experiences for future intelligent community transformation.
