政策导向视角下贵安新区与贵阳市空间协同发展研究

Study on the Spatial Collaborative Development of Gui’an New Area and Guiyang City from the Perspective of Policy Guidance

文章以“贵安八条”、“强省会五年行动”等政策为背景,通过对国家级新区空间演进类型以及贵安贵阳融合发展现状空间格局特征的研判,提出了“以极核强化、廊道支撑为重点,先行示范区建设为支点”的网络化空间协同发展模式,并从产业、交通、平台建设等方向提出了支撑空间协同发展的具体路径。以期能够在政策导向下更好地推动贵安新区与贵阳市高质量发展,做强省会城市,着力打造黔中城市群强劲动力源头,促进区域可持续发展。

This article takes "Gui ’an eight rules", " Five-year action to strengthen the provincial capital " and other policies as the background. Through the research and determination of the spatial evolution types of national new districts and the spatial pattern characteristics of the integrated development of Gui’an and Guiyang, it proposes a network spatial collaborative development model of "polar core strengthening and corridor support as the focus, demonstration area construction as the fulcrum", and puts forward the concrete ways to support the spatial collaborative development from the directions of industry, transportation and platform construction. It is expected to better promote the high-quality development of Gui’an New Area and Guiyang under the policy guidance, strengthen the provincial capital city, strive to create a strong driving force source of the central Guizhou urban agglomeration, and promote regional sustainable development.
