基于ASMEⅢ-5规范和R5规程的高温非弹性蠕变疲劳损伤评价方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 对ASMEⅢ-5规范和R5规程的非弹性蠕变疲劳损伤评价方法进行对比性分析及研究,详细探讨了两者的保守性构成,并基于两种规范对异型三通结构进行了蠕变疲劳损伤计算,对两种规范下蠕变疲劳损伤计算结果的差异进行了分析。结果表明,保守使用R5计算的蠕变疲劳总损伤为0.1114,远小于ASME总损伤2.643,与不考虑安全系数的ASME总损伤0.2709较为相近。因此,在ASME工程评价过分保守时,R5可以作为可选规范。 The inelastic creep fatigue damage assessment methods of ASMEⅢ-5 code and R5 procedure were comparatively analyzed and studied,and their conservative composition was discussed in detail.Based on the two codes,the creep fatigue damages of the special-shaped tee structure were calculated,and the differences of the creep fatigue damage calculation results under the two codes were analyzed.The results show that the total creep fatigue damage calculated conservatively using R5 is 0.1114,which is far less than the ASME total damage 2.643,and relatively close to the ASME total damage 0.2709 without considering the safety factor.Therefore,R5 can be used as an optional code when ASME engineering evaluation is too conservative.
