香烟烟雾与胰腺癌的相关研究进展

胰腺癌是世界上最致命的肿瘤类型之一,缺乏有效的治疗措施和生物学上的侵袭性是导致其死亡率高的主要原因。了解胰腺癌的发生发展机制,探索关键的治疗靶点是近年来胰腺癌研究的重点。吸烟给人类带来了重大的健康问题,其影响了胰腺癌风险基因位点,是导致胰腺癌发生的潜在危险因素,但其对胰腺癌治疗及预后的影响仍不确定。近年来,有关胰腺癌发病与香烟烟雾的关系研究越来越得到重视,尽管吸烟与胰腺癌的作用机制和相互作用仍在不断探索中,但直接和间接的影响已经被提出,由于吸烟诱发胰腺癌进展的机制途径多种多样,缺乏一些总结性叙述,为此,本文总结了吸烟对胰腺癌发展的直接和间接作用及对治疗和预后的影响,试图更好地阐明香烟烟雾诱导胰腺癌发生的综合机制及国内外研究进展,以期为胰腺癌提供一种更可行的研究方向及早期治疗策略,并打开新的治疗视野。

Pancreatic cancer is one of the most deadly tumor types in the world,and its lack of effective treatment and biological aggressiveness are the main reasons for the high mortality rate.Understanding the pathogenesis of pancreatic cancer and exploring the key therapeutic targets have been the focus of pancreatic cancer research in recent years.Smoking has brought significant health problems to human beings.It affects the risk gene loci of pancreatic cancer and is a potential risk factor for the development of pancreatic cancer.However,its effect on the treatment and prognosis of pancreatic cancer is still uncertain.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the relationship between the incidence of pancreatic cancer and cigarette smoke.Although the mechanism and interaction of smoking and pancreatic cancer are still being explored,the direct and indirect effects have been proposed.Due to the diversity of mechanisms and pathways of cigarette smoking inducing the progression of pancreatic cancer,there is a lack of summary.Therefore,this article summarizes the direct and indirect effects of smoking on the development of pancreatic cancer,as well as its influence on treatment and prognosis,in an attempt to better clarify the comprehensive mechanism of cigarette smoke-induced pancreatic cancer and the research progress at home and abroad.In order to provide a more feasible research direction and early treatment strategy for pancreatic cancer,and open a new therapeutic horizon.
