曲安奈德注射液微针(滚针)导入联合口服养血生发胶囊治疗斑秃的效果

Effect of Triamcinolone Acetonide Injection microneedle (roller needle) introduction combined with oral Yangxue-Shengfa Capsules in the treatment of alopecia areata

目的探讨曲安奈德注射液微针(滚针)导入联合口服养血生发胶囊治疗斑秃的效果。方法选取2020年8月至2022年2月在东台市中医院皮肤科门诊收治的60例斑秃确诊患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用常规口服养血生发胶囊,外涂卤米松乳膏治疗;观察组采用口服养血生发胶囊,同时加以微针(皮肤滚针)导入醋酸曲安奈德注射液外用治疗。3周为1个疗程,连续使用4个疗程,比较两组治疗效果、拉发试验情况及不良反应等指标。结果治疗后,微针导入曲安奈德注射液联合养血生发胶囊口服观察组治疗总有效率高于常规口服养血生发胶囊对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组脱发严重程度工具(SALT)评分观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者拉发试验阳性率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论醋酸曲安奈德注射液微针导入联合养血生发胶囊口服治疗斑秃效果显著,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Triamcinolone Acetonide Injection microneedle(roller needle)introduction combined with oral Yangxue-Shengfa Capsule in the treatment of alopecia areata.Methods A total of 60 patients with alopecia areata admitted to the Department of Dermatology,Dongtai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine oral Yangxue-Shengfa Capsules and Halometasone Cream.The observation group was treated with Yangxue-Shengfa Capsules and Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate Injection by microneedle(skin roller needle)for external use.Three weeks was a course of treatment,and 4 courses were used continuously.The therapeutic effect,hair pull test and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the severity of alopecia tool(SALT)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of pull test in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Triamcinolone Acetonide Injection microneedle introduction combined with Yangxue-Shengfa Capsules oral treatment of alopecia areata is effective,worthy of clinical application.
