腹腔镜联合金刚藤胶囊治疗卵巢囊肿的效果及对卵巢功能的影响

Effect of laparoscopy combined with Jingangteng Capsules in the treatment of ovarian cyst and its influence on ovarian function

目的探讨腹腔镜联合金刚藤胶囊治疗卵巢囊肿的效果及对卵巢功能的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年6月新沂市中医医院收治的56例卵巢囊肿患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各28例。对照组采取腹腔镜结合常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合金刚藤胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗前后的血清雌二醇(E_(2))、血清抗缪勒管激素(AMH)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平及不良反应发生率。结果两组术前的E_(2)、AMH、LH水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组术后1周的血清E_(2)水平高于本组术前,AMH、LH水平低于本组术前,且观察组术后1周的E_(2)水平高于对照组,AMH、LH水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜联合金刚藤胶囊对卵巢囊肿患者的疗效显著,可有效改善卵巢功能,且不增加并发症,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopy combined with Jingangteng Capsules in the treatment of ovarian cyst and its influence on ovarian function.Methods A total of 56 patients with ovarian cysts admitted to Xinyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopy combined with conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with Jingangteng Capsules on the basis of the control group.The levels of serum estradiol(E_(2)),serum anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH),luteinizing hormone(LH)before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the levels of the E_(2),AMH and LH between the two groups before operation(P>0.05).One week after operation,the level of the serum E_(2) in the two groups was higher than that before operation,while the levels of the AMH and LH in the two groups were lower than those before operation,and the level of the E_(2) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of the AMH and LH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with Jingangteng Capsules has a significant effect on patients with ovarian cysts,which can effectively improve ovarian function without increasing complications,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
