摘要
党的二十大确定高质量发展是社会主义现代化国家建设的首要任务。部委所属干部教育培训机构在实现这一目标的过程中承担着重要的职责与任务。推进部委所属干部教育培训机构高质量发展,应遵循其自身发展的理论逻辑、历史逻辑和现实逻辑。当前,部委所属干部教育培训机构发展面临着体制机制不平衡、内生动力不足、与外部衔接不通畅的困境。通过建设特色鲜明的干部教育培训机构、优化部委所属干部教育培训机构体制机制、促进干部教育培训机构之间的互学互鉴、加强师资队伍建设等措施推动部委所属干部教育培训机构的高质量发展。
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China determined high-quality development as the primary task of building a socialist modern country. Cadre education and training institutions affiliated to ministries and commissions assume important responsibilities and tasks in the process of achieving this goal. Promoting the high-quality development of these institutions should follow the theoretical logic, historical logic and practical logic of their own development. At present, the development of these institutions is facing the dilemma of unbalanced system and mechanism, insufficient endogenous strength, and poor connection with the outside. By building distinctive cadre education and training institutions, optimizing the system and mechanism, promoting mutual learning among them, and strengthening the construction of teachers, the high-quality development of these institutions will be achieved.
