公安院校学生学习动机存在的主要问题及对策研究

Main Problems and Measures Related to Learning Motivation of Students in Public Security Colleges and Universities

公安院校学生学习动机对学生学习具有重要影响和作用。目前,公安院校学生在学习过程中存在学习动机相对不足,学习氛围相对不浓;学生价值取向有所偏离,学习动机存在功利化倾向等问题。公安院校需从加强警察职业认同教育,优化警务化管理制度,完善公安联考制度,提升教师育人水平等方面入手,激发学生警察职业信仰,调动学生日常学习积极性,提高学生的学习热情和学习兴趣,不断提升公安院校学生的学习动机和人才培养质量。

The learning motivation of students in public security colleges and universities has an important influence on students’ learning performance. At present, the learning motivation of these students is relatively insufficient and the learning atmosphere is not strong. The value orientation of students has deviated to some extent, and the learning motivation has utilitarian tendency. Public security colleges and universities should strengthen the identity education for police profession, optimize the management system, and improve the public security joint examination system as well as the quality of the teachers. These measures are targeted at stimulating students’ belief in police profession, mobilizing their learning enthusiasm and improving their learning interest, and constantly strengthening the learning motivation and talent cultivation quality in public security colleges and universities.
