不同地域草莓拟盘多毛孢根腐病菌致病力差异及对苯醚甲环唑的敏感性

Virulence difference and sensitivity analysis to difenoconazole of Neopestalotiopsis clavispora crown rot pathogens isolated from strawberry plants of different areas in China

摘要 近年来中国草莓主产区拟盘多毛孢根腐病大面积发生并呈危害加重趋势。为明确不同地域来源拟盘多毛孢根腐病菌的致病力差异及其对苯醚甲环唑的敏感性,采用离体叶片和菌丝生长速率法对收集到的不同地域的73株病原菌菌株进行致病力分析和苯醚甲环唑敏感性测定。结果表明,不同地域来源的菌株致病力差异极显著,且和采样地年平均温度呈显著正相关。不同病原菌菌株对苯醚甲环唑的敏感性呈单峰分布,EC 50范围为0.01~2.94μg/ml,平均值为1.34μg/ml。菌丝生长速率与AUDPC(病情发展曲线下面积)之间无相关性,不同苯醚甲环唑质量浓度下菌丝生长速率和产孢量之间的相关性存在差异。研究结果为苯醚甲环唑应用于草莓拟盘多毛孢根腐病的精准防控提供科学依据。 Strawberry crown rot caused by Neopestalotiopsis spp.has occurred in many areas in China and led to an increasing economic loss in recent years.In order to clarify the virulence difference of Neopestalotiopsis crown rot pathogens from different geographical sources and their sensitivity to difenoconazole,the pathogenicity analysis and sensitivity to difenoconazole of 73 pathogenic strains collected from different regions were determined by in vitro leaf and mycelial growth rate method.The results showed that the virulence of strains from different geographical sources was significantly different,and significantly positively correlated with the annual mean temperature of the sampling sites.The sensitivity of different pathogenic strains to difenoconazole showed a single peak distribution.The EC 50 values of the 73 N.clavispora isolates ranged from 0.01μg/ml to 2.94μg/ml,with an average of 1.34μg/ml.There was no correlation between mycelial growth rate and area under disease progress curve(AUDPC),and the correlation between mycelium growth rate and conidia production was different under different difenoconazole concentrations.The results provide a scientific basis for the application of difenoconazole in the precise prevention and control of strawberry Neopestalotiopsis crown rot.
