摘要
利用交联剂增强水性漆的耐水及疏水性,三级标准湿度(相对湿度65±20%rh)下,采用真空低速搅拌和室温恒温机动搅拌2种工艺方法进行对比,最终得到最有效的工艺方法和条件。在三级标准湿度(相对湿度65±20%rh)下改性交联剂水性涂料丙烯酸单体用量为50%,有机硅引发剂用量为2%,滴加3 h,倒入有机硅溶液,恒温机动搅拌后静置10 min,刮涂式样,室温放置30 min以上再180°C烘烤30 min,得到漆膜。在固化时混合在树脂和固化剂中得到的漆膜附着力可达到0级,涂膜有更高的硬度和耐冲击性能,柔韧性测试达到弯曲直径2 mm,硬度达到6 H(布朗硬度)。
The crosslinking agent was used to enhance the water resistance and hydrophobicity of waterborne paint. under the third grade standard humidity(relative humidity 65±20% rh), vacuum low speed stirring and room temperature constant temperature dynamic stirring were compared, and the most effective process methods and conditions were obtained: under the third grade standard humidity(relative humidity 65±20% rh), the dosage of acrylic monomer of modified crosslinking agent waterborne paint was50%, and that of silicone initiator was 2%. Add the silicone solution for 3 hours, stir at constant temperature and stir for 10 min,scratch the sample, place at room temperature for more than 30 min and bake at 180 °C for 30 min, and we can get the film.During curing, the adhesion of the paint film mixed with resin and curing agent can reach 0 grade, and the film has higher hardness and impact resistance, and through flexibility test,the bending diametercan reach 2 mm and the hardness 6H(Brownian hardness).
