“双碳”目标下AI科技助力金融创新发展策略研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了更好支持低碳产业发展,早日实现“双碳”目标,将探究AI科技助力碳金融创新发展的优势与应用对策。首先该研究围绕“双碳”目标与低碳产业开展的碳金融所发挥的重要作用展开分析,其次总结现阶段AI科技在碳金融领域的具体应用场景,包括大数据服务、智能风控、智能投研、智能投顾、智能保险、智能营销和智能客服等。最后探究AI科技助力未来碳金融科技实现创新且可持续发展的对策,主要包括完善AI+碳金融的顶层设计、创新碳金融产品、构建碳金融数据中心、提高AI+碳金融应用场景的高智能化水平和智能化监管与激励考评5大层面的创新融合路径。总体而言,AI科技对于提供新型碳金融科技产品与服务有明显助益,且助力碳金融产品与服务创新有巨大潜能尚待挖掘,也须内外监管制度体系、数据中心等基础框架完善来支撑AI科技有效落地。 In order to better support the development of low-carbon industry and achieve the "dual-carbon" goal as soon as possible, we will explore the advantages and application countermeasures of AI technology to promote the innovation and development of carbon finance. First of all, this paper studies and analyzes the important role of carbon finance around the dualcarbon goal and low-carbon industry, and then summarizes the specific application scenarios of AI technology in the field of carbon finance at the present stage, including big data service, intelligent risk control, intelligent research, intelligent investment,intelligent insurance, intelligent marketing, intelligent customer service and so on. Finally, the paper explores the countermeasures of AI technology to help the future carbon financial science and technology to achieve innovation and sustainable development,including improving the top-level design of AI+ carbon finance, innovating carbon financial products, building carbon financial data centers, improving the high intelligent level of AI + carbon financial application scenarios, and the innovative integration path of intelligent supervision and incentive evaluation. Generally speaking, AI technology is obviously helpful to provide new carbon financial technology products and services, and there is great potential to promote the innovation of carbon financial products and services, and it is also necessary to improve the internal and external regulatory system, data center and other basic framework to support the effective landing of AI technology.
