新能源汽车交通事故调查取证困境与对策建议

当前我国新能源汽车保有量正快速增长,涉及新能源汽车的交通事故数量和比例快速上升,引发社会舆论广泛关注。受调查技术规范欠缺、车辆数据获取困难等多重因素影响,新能源汽车事故调查取证和责任认定正面临新挑战。本文概述了新能源汽车产业发展和交通安全现状,分析了当前新能源汽车事故调查取证环节存在的突出问题,从交通事故调查处理角度提出了相关对策建议。

At present,the number of new energy vehicles in China is growing rapidly and the number and proportion of traffic accidents involving new energy vehicles are rising rapidly,causing widespread public concern.Affected by multiple factors such as lack of technical specifications for this kind of accident investigation and difficulties in obtaining vehicle data,new energy vehicle accident investigation,evidence collection and responsibility identification are facing new challenges.This paper outlines the development of the new energy vehicle industry and the current situation of traffic safety,analyzes the outstanding problems in the current investigation and evidence collection of accidents involving new energy vehicles,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of traffic accident investigation and treatment.
