基于交通管理业务办理过程中的业务元素数字化分析,优化业务操作流程,研究应用智能化技术,提升监管智能化、服务精准化水平,推进线上、线下自助机及窗口间业务流程全面融合应用,全面提升交通管理业务服务品质。
Based on the digital analysis of business elements in the process of handling traffic management business,the paper optimizes the business operation process and research the application of intelligent technologies to improve the level of intelligent supervision and service precision so as to promote the comprehensive integration and application of the online service,offline self-service machine service and window service to comprehensively improve the quality of traffic management services.
