摘要
【目的】水稻稻瘟病感染过程0 h、24 h与48 h的叶片miRNA进行高通量测序发现Osa-miR1436差异表达,探明miRNAs在水稻稻瘟病中的潜在功能,为Osa-miR1436在水稻稻瘟病发生中的功能与机理研究奠定分子基础。【方法】利用生物信息学软件psRNA Target对前期研究发现的1个miRNA表达水平发生显著变化的Osa-miR1436靶向基因进行预测,并对这些靶标基因进行GO、KEGG富集。【结果】通过预测发现70个靶标基因,这些基因主要富集在细胞大分子复合体组装(cellular macromolecular complex assembly)、DNA复制(DNA replication)、细胞应激反应(cellular response to stress)等与水稻抗逆相关生物学过程。靶标基因均显著富集了3种motif,且motif数量呈motif 1>motif 2>motif 3。【结论】Osa-miR 1436可能通过靶向抗逆相关基因调控水稻稻瘟病的发生。
【Objective】The differential expression of Osa-miR1436 in miRNA of rice leaves infected with rice blast for 0 h,24 h and 48 h is detected by high-throughput sequencing and the potential function of miRNAs in rice blast is discussed to lay the molecular basis for studying Osa-miR1436 function and mechanism during the occurrence process of rice blast.【Method】The target gene Osa-miR1436 with significant variation of expression level is predicted by bioinformatics software psRNA Target,and then the GO and KEGG enrichment of the target genes are conducted.【Result】70 target genes are found by prediction and mainly enriched in cellular macromolecular complex assembly,DNA replication and cellular response to stress and other biological processes related to stress resistance in rice.The target genes all enrich three kinds of motif significantly and the amount of three kinds of motif is motif 1>motif 2>motif 3.【Conclusion】Osa-miR1436 may regulate occurrence of rice blast by target genes related to stress resistance.
