基于肠道菌群探讨桂枝汤类方治疗小儿哮喘机制

Discussion on the mechanism of the treatment with the modified Guizhi Decoctions for pediatric asthma based on intestinal flora

肠道菌群的平衡与脾主运化的正常运行密切相关。小儿脾常不足,容易痰浊内生,导致肠道菌群失调,气机不利,营卫不和,引发小儿哮喘。文章从肠道菌群、脾、营卫、气机、痰浊等方面介绍了小儿哮喘病机之间的联系。桂枝加厚朴杏子汤、小建中汤与黄芪建中汤是经典方剂,组方思路与小儿哮喘的病机吻合,为临床应用“肺肠合治”法治疗小儿哮喘提供了理论依据。

The balance of intestinal flora and the normal operation of spleen transport are closely related,the spleen of children is often insufficient and it is easy to generate endogenous sputum,leading to disorders of intestinal flora,activities of qi as well as disharmony between ying qi and wei qi.Finally,it leads to the occurrence of asthma in children.This paper introduces the connection with pathogenesis of pediatric asthma from intestinal flora,spleen,ying qi and wei qi,activities of qi and sputum.Guizhi plus Houpo Xingzi Decoction,Xiaojianzhong Decoction and Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction are classical prescription,the thought of prescription and pathogenesis of pediatric asthma is consistent,which provides a theoretical basis for the clinical application of the lung-intestine combine therapy method for treating pediatric asthma.
