桂枝甘草汤联合稳心颗粒对房颤患者心功能及左心房电生理指标的影响

Effects of Glycyrrhizae decoction combined with Wenxin granules on cardiac function and left atrial electrophysiological indicators in patients with atrial fibrillation

目的 探讨桂枝甘草汤联合稳心颗粒对房颤患者心功能及左心房电生理指标的影响。方法选择2021年3月至2022年5月大连市金州区中医医院心内科接收的90例房颤患者,采用随机列表法分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组采取常规治疗及口服胺碘酮,观察组在对照组基础上服用桂枝甘草汤联合稳心颗粒。治疗4周后评价总有效率,比较两组症状积分、左室射血分数(LVEF)、心搏量(SV)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心房有效不应期(LAERP),同时记录两组每周房颤持续时间及发作次数。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(91.1%比75.6%,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组症状积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P均<0.05);心功能均改善,观察组LVEF和SV大于对照组,LVEDD和LVESD小于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组LAERP大于对照组,房颤持续时间及发作次数均小于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论 桂枝甘草汤联合稳心颗粒的疗效更为理想,能够促进症状减轻,改善心功能及左心房电生理指标,减少房颤发作次数。

Objective To explore the effects of Glycyrrhizae decoction combined with Wenxin granules on cardiac function and left atrial electrophysiological indicators in patients with atrial fibrillation. Methods A total of 90patients with atrial fibrillation admitted to the Department of Cardiology of Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital of Jinzhou from March 2021 to May 2022 were divided into control group and observation group by random list method, with 45 cases in each group. The patients received conventional treatment and oral amiodarone in the control group, received Glycyrrhizae decoction combined with Wenxin granules on the basis of the control group in the observation group. After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was evaluated, and the symptom score, left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), stroke volume(SV), left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD), left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD), and left atrial effective refractory period(LAERP) were compared between the two groups. Meanwhile, weekly duration and frequency of atrial fibrillation were recorded between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(91.1% vs. 75.6%, P<0.05). After the treatment, the symptom scores in both groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);Cardiac function was improved, LVEF and SV in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, LVEDD and LVESD were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05);The LAERP was longer in the observation group than that in the control group, the duration of atrial fibrillation was shorter, and the number of attacks was less(P<0.05). Conclusion Glycyrrhizae decoction combined with Wenxin granules has better curative effect, which can promote the reduction of symptoms, improve cardiac function and left atrial electrophysiological indicators, and reduce the number of atrial fibrillation attacks.
