On the Peasant Movement in Huaibei Anti-Japanese Base Area and its Enlightenment

淮北抗日根据地是中国共产党领导下的敌后抗日根据地之一,其开展的农民运动在中国敌后抗日根据地史上写下了光辉的历程。淮北抗日根据地农民运动的兴起,不仅基于得天独厚抗日作战的位置优势,而且适应战时经济建设的需要,更是贯彻中共中央抗日救国方针的指示。为了完成这一历史重任,淮北抗日根据地积极有序开展农民抗日武装运动、乡村政权改造运动、经济生产建设运动。淮北抗日根据地农民运动的成功践行,启示我们要加强党对农村工作的绝对领导、农村工作要坚持以人民为中心、统筹协调农村工作一体化进程。

Huaibei Anti-Japanese Base Area is one of the anti-Japanese bases behind enemy lines under the leadership of the Communist Party o£China,and the peasant movement launched by it has written a glorious chapter in China's anti-Japanese history.Its rise was not only based on the unique position advantage of Huaibei,but also met the needs of wartime economic construction,as well as an instruc­tion for implementing the CPC Central Committee's policy of resisting Japan to save the country.In order to fulfill this important historical task,the Huaibei Anti-Japanese Base Area actively and orderly launched the peasants'anti-Japanese armed movement,the rural political power transformation move­ment,and the economic production and construction movement.The successful practice of these movements has inspired us to strengthen the Party's absolute leadership over rural work,persist in taking the people as the center in rural work,and make overall plans and coordinate the process of in­tegrating rural work.
