摘要
大学教师教学创新是大学教师教学发展的根本动力,是创新性人才培养的根本保证。从内涵来看,教学创新既是一种过程,即不断实现教师教学发展的外部表征;教学创新也是一种结果,旨在融入教学学术的实践创新。然而,当前存在对大学教师教学创新理念认知的偏差、教学学术制度保障缺位、教学学术文化氛围淡薄等困境,提出从合理认识大学教师教学创新的本质、构建教学学术制度体系、营造教学学术文化氛围等路径推动大学教师教学创新。
The teaching innovation of university teachers is the fundamental driving force for the development of their teaching and guarantee for the cultivation of innovative talents.From the perspective of connotation,teaching innovation is not only a process to constantly realize the external representation of teachers*teaching development,but also a result of practical innovation designed to integrate into the scholarship of teaching.However,at present,there are some dilemmas,such as the cognitive deviation of the teaching innovation concept of university teachers,the lack of system guarantee of scholarship of teaching,and the weak cultural atmosphere of scholarship of teaching.It proposes to promote university teachers9 teaching innovation by rationally understanding the essence of teaching innovation,constructing the institutional system of scholarship of teaching and creating the cultural atmosphere for it.
