新安全格局:中国式法治现代化引领下的新型毒品犯罪治理

党的二十大立足于中国国情和中国现实,提出了“中国式现代化”和新国家安全观,并要求“以新安全格局保障新发展格局”。法治是保安全、促发展的重要手段,更是善治的核心。中国式法治现代化是中国式现代化在法治领域的具体表现。新型毒品犯罪治理牵涉人身财产保护、互联网犯罪以及跨国犯罪等多个安全领域,需要进一步实现路径优化。面对治理过程中存在的各种障碍和挑战,必须坚持问题导向,走中国式法治现代化道路,从习近平法治思想中汲取营养,不断优化治理路径,从而为新安全格局的构建扫清障碍。

The control of new drug crimes involves many security fields, such as personal and property protection, Internet crimes and transnational crimes, and the path needs to be further optimized. In the face of various obstacles and challenges in the process of governance, we must adhere to the problem orientation, take the road of modernization of the Chinese-style rule of law, draw nutrition from Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law,and constantly optimize the governance path, so as to clear the obstacles for the construction of a new security pattern.
