摘要
对民警借助移动警务APP实施协助同事、服务群众等积极行为的影响因素进行探究,有利于提升公安科技兴警工作的整体绩效。通过问卷调查可以发现,绩效期望、努力预期、社会支持、便利条件等因素对积极行为意愿有着显著正向影响,绩效期望、努力预期则对积极行为有着显著正向影响。同时,行为意愿在绩效期望、努力预期、社会支持、便利条件与积极行为之间起到部分中介作用,性别、警龄、领导职务等因素则不具备中介调节作用。这些认识也为持续推进公安科技赋能体系建设提供了有益的启示。
To explore the factors that influence the positive behaviors of police officers, such as assisting colleagues and serving the masses with the help of mobile police APP, is conducive to improving the overall performance of public security technology and police work. Through the questionnaire survey, it can be found that performance expectation, effort expectation, social support, convenience and other factors have a significant positive impact on positive behavior intention, while performance expectation and effort expectation have a significant positive impact on positive behavior. At the same time, behavioral intention plays a partial mediating role between performance expectation, effort expectation, social support,convenience and positive behavior, while gender, police age, leadership position and other factors have no mediating role. These understandings also provide useful enlightenment for the continuous promotion of the construction of police science and technology enabling system.
