摘要
价值实现是众包发展过程中的核心问题,目前,很多众包平台在竞争激烈的市场环境下过于关注对用户的吸引,而忽视了自身价值的提升,使得平台缺乏可持续的发展动力。分析众包平台所处的市场环境及当前环境下实现平台价值的市场架构,阐述网络众包平台的业务重构的基本框架。在此基础上,从服务组合和用户组合两个角度分析网络众包平台的价值实现路径。
Value realization is the core issue in the development of crowdsourcing. At present, many crowdsourcing platforms pay too much attention to the attraction of users, while neglecting the promotion of their own value in the fiercely competitive market environment, resulting in the lack of sustainable development power. This paper analyzes the market environment of the crowdsourcing platform and the market architecture to realize the value of the platform under the current environment, and expounds the basic framework of restructuring the network crowdsourcing platform business. On this basis, paths of value realization on network crowdsourcing platform are put forward from the perspectives of service composition and user composition.
