浅谈高校学生心理危机预警模型的构建

调研部分学生管理专家和高校辅导员,收集其在工作过程中所接触的学生信息,并对数据进行规范化处理,构建大学生心理危机预警模型,得到以下研究结论:在决策树模型中,能够清晰的看到决策属性对大学生心理危机的影响,请假类型、挂科情况、家庭构成、家庭关系、家庭经济和性格特征对大学生心理危机有着显著的正向影响;在影响程度方面,家庭构成对大学生心理危机的影响最大,原生家庭的幸福程度对大学生心理健康有着重要的影响。

This paper makes an investigation on some experts of student management and college counselors by collecting the information involving students in the process of work, and built an early-warning model for college students’ psychological crisis after the normalized processing of the data. The following research conclusions are obtained: the impact of decision attributes on college students’ psychological crisis can be easily told in the decision tree model, and such characteristics have significant positive impacts as asking-for-leave types, failed courses, family composition, family relations, household economy and traits of character;in terms of the degree of impact, family composition has the greatest impact on college students’ psychological crisis, and the happiness of the original family has an important impact on their mental health.
