重叠影响阈理论构建三方伙伴关系对学生的培养和发展的内在逻辑思考 被引量:1

摘要 “应试教育”制度下家庭教育成为学校教育的附庸。随着教育机制的全球化改革,家校协同教育已经逐渐成为全球教育流行趋势,如何调整及构建家校关系对学生培养及发展有着重要意义。重叠影响阈理论认为,家庭、学校和社区等机构对学生的培养及发展并非是孤立影响,而是重叠影响,且这种影响力持续累积,使得学生处于关怀型社区中。基于重叠影响阈理论构建家庭、学校与社区三方伙伴关系,建立六种三方合作实践框架,思考构建三方伙伴关系对学生的培养和发展的内在逻辑,为家庭、学校和社区三方合作具体实践提供理论指导建议,加持学生的社会资本,促使学生全面发展。 The “exam-oriented education” system makes family education become a vassal of school education. With the globalization reform of education mechanism, home-school collaborative education has gradually become a popular trend for global education. How to adjust and construct the home-school relationship is of great significance for student training and development. The overlapping influence threshold theory holds that institutions such as families, schools and communities do not have an isolated influence on student cultivation and development, but an overlapping influence, and this influence continues to accumulate, leaving students in a caring community. Based on the overlapping influence threshold, six cooperation practice frameworks are constructed involving three-party partnership in family, school and community. It is found that the construction of three-party partnership has internal logic for the cultivation and development of students, can provide theoretical guidance for the specific practice of cooperation involving family, school and community, can strengthen students’ social capital and promote their all-round development.
