The Image,Motive Force and Path of New Farmers’Taking the Lead to Become Rich

新农人以专业知识、生产技能与家国情怀引领着农业农村的新发展新方向。与传统农民相比,他们具有群体结构新、思维观念新、社会境遇新、起点动机新和组织范式新等群体特征,其致富动力来自内部的脱贫诉求与家国情怀和外部的政策支持与时代机遇。通过对55位新农人的深度访谈发现,代际传递机制、师徒相授机制与榜样示范机制让新农人在促进农业生产经营转型、加快农业现代化发展、培育新型农民的过程中发挥着重要作用。为进一步传承新农人的致富精神、强化示范效应,应坚持党的领导,护航新农人;重视职业教育,赋能新农人;汇聚科技力量,助力新农人。

New farmers are leading the new development of agriculture and rural areas with systematic professional knowledge,pragmatic production skills,and devotion to family and country.Compared with traditional farmers,they have many different group characteristics,such as new group structure,new mindset,new social situation,new starting motives and new organizational paradigm and so on.Their motivation to become rich comes from the internal demand for poverty alleviation and devotion to family and country,and the external policy support and opportunities of the times.The in-depth interviews with 55 new farmers reveal that the intergenerational transmission mechanism,the mentor-apprentice mechanism and the role model demonstration mechanism allow the new farmers to play an important role in promoting the transformation of agricultural production and operation,accelerating the development of agricultural modernization and nurturing new farmers.Therefore,three aspects should be paid attention to pass on new farmers’spirit of becoming rich and enhance the demonstration effect.First,we should adhere to the leadership of the Party and provide solid security to new farmers.Second,we should attach importance to vocational education and improve the professionalism of new farmers.Finally,we should make full use of science and technology to help new farmers.
