数字普惠金融对农村产业融合发展的影响效应与机制研究

推动农村产业融合发展是实现乡村产业振兴的重要抓手,数字普惠金融是当前数字经济中最为活跃的部分,因此,梳理数字普惠金融对农村产业融合的支持作用是乡村振兴目标的重要支撑。基于数字普惠金融和产业融合相关理论,数字普惠金融在直接促进农业产业链延伸、农业多功能拓展、农业服务业融合和农业新业态培育的同时,还可以通过农业技术进步实现农村三产进一步融合。数字普惠金融的使用深度和覆盖广度对中西部地区农村产业融合发展作用明显,体现在乡村产业发展的包容性和普惠性两方面。因此,推动农村三产深度融合,需要在加大农村数字普惠金融发展力度、加强农村数字化基础设施建设的同时,增强农业经营主体创造创新能力,为乡村产业振兴提供更充分的金融支持。

Promoting the integration and development of rural industries is an important way to achieve the revitalization of rural industries.Digital inclusive finance is the most active part of the current digital economy.Therefore,sorting out the role of digital inclusive finance for rural industrial integration is an important support for the goal of rural revitalization.Based on the relevant theories of digital inclusive finance and industrial integration,digital inclusive finance can not only directly promote the extension of agricultural industrial chain,the expansion of agricultural multi-function,the integration of agricultural service industry and the cultivation of new agricultural formats,but also achieve further integration of three rural industries through agricultural technological progress.In terms of depth and coverage,digital inclusive finance has played an important role in the integrated development of rural industries in the central and western regions,with its inclusiveness fully reflected in the development of rural industries.Therefore,to promote the deep integration of three rural industries,it is necessary to increase the development of rural digital inclusive finance,strengthen the construction of rural digital infrastructure,enhance the creative and innovative ability of agricultural business entities so as to provide fuller financial support for the revitalization of rural industries.
