内蒙古巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴有效衔接路径研究

Research on the Ways to Consolidate and Expand the Achievements in Poverty Alleviation with efforts to Promote Rural Revitalization in Inner Mongolia

巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴有效衔接既是我国新时代“三农”工作的实践要求,又是让广大农民增强获得感、幸福感、安全感的有效途径。本文基于内蒙古12盟市2011—2019年的相关数据,构建脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴指标体系,利用熵权法与耦合协调度模型测算脱贫攻坚指数、乡村振兴指数,以及二者的耦合协调度,分析二者的耦合协调情况,进而探索内蒙古巩固脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴有机衔接的可行路径。

To consolidate and expand the achievements in poverty alleviation with efforts to promote rural revitalization is not only a practical demand of the work relating to “agriculture, rural areas and rural people” in the new era, but also an effective way to enhance the sense of gain, happiness and security of farmers. Based on the relevant data of twelve leagues and cities in Inner Mongolia from 2011 to 2019, this paper constructs the index system of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization based on the entropy weight method and coupling coordination degree model so as to explore the effective ways of both poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in Inner Mongolia.
