摘要 乡村振兴,人才是关键。农林高职院校作为乡村人才振兴的助推器,在开发人力资源、释放人口红利方面发挥着重要作用。农林高职院校深化新时代教育评价改革,既是走高质量内涵式发展的必然选择,也是服务乡村振兴的重要法宝。结合乡村人才振兴发展需求,在明晰职业教育评价改革在乡村人才振兴中的价值、厘清高职教育评价改革服务乡村人才振兴逻辑的基础上,以学生评价改革为切入口,按照“改进结果评价、强化过程评价、探索增值评价、健全综合评价”新体系,改革评价方向、评价主体、评价内容、评价方法,强化学生“三农”情怀,匹配学生岗位需求,重视学生职业发展,增强乡村振兴服务能力,探索农林高职院校教育评价改革服务乡村人才振兴的可行策略。 Talent is the key to rural revitalization. As a booster for the revitalization of rural talents, agricultural and forestry vocational colleges play an important role in developing human resources and releasing demographic dividends. Deepening the reform of educational evaluation in agricultural and forestry vocational colleges in the new era is not only the inevitable choice of high-quality connotative development, but also an important magic weapon to serve the revitalization of rural areas. Combined with the needs of the revitalization and development of rural talents, and on the basis of clarifying the value of vocational education evaluation reform in the revitalization of rural talents and clarifying the logic of higher vocational education evaluation reform serving the revitalization of rural talents, this paper takes the reform of student evaluation as the starting point, and reforms the evaluation direction, evaluation subject, evaluation content and evaluation method according to the new system of “improving result evaluation, strengthening process evaluation, exploring value-added evaluation and perfecting comprehensive evaluation” The purpose is to strengthen students’ feelings of “three rural issues”, match students’ job needs, pay attention to students’ career development, enhance the service ability of rural revitalization and, furthermore, explore the feasible strategies of educational evaluation reform of agricultural and forestry vocational colleges to serve the revitalization of rural talents.
