奶牛乳房炎是由多种病原侵染乳房引起的,引起乳房炎的病因也有很多。肺炎克雷伯菌是一种常见的引起临床型乳房炎的病原菌,肺炎克雷伯菌性乳房炎发病急、死淘率高、治愈率低。作者综合近年来国内外有关肺炎克雷伯菌的文献报道,就肺炎克雷伯菌乳房炎的发生状况,耐药性进行综述,旨在为肺炎克雷伯菌乳房炎的防控和选择治疗药物提供依据。

Dairy cow mastitis is caused by a variety of pathogens infecting the mammary,and there are many causes of mastitis.Klebsiella pneumoniae is a common pathogen causing clinical mastitis,Klebsiella pneumoniae mastitis has acute onset,high death rate and low cure rate.Based on the literature reports of Klebsiella pneumoniae at China and abroad in recent years,the author summarized the occurrence and drug resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae mastitis,in order to provide basis for the prevention,control of Klebsiella pneumoniae mastitis and the selection of therapeutic drugs.
