数字经济塑造区域经济发展新动能新优势的实证研究——以成渝地区双城经济圈为例

Empirical Study on Digital Economy Shaping New Growth Drivers and New Strengths of Regional Economic Development:Taking Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle as an Example

基于2011-2020年成渝地区双城经济圈的相关面板数据,论证了数字经济对于区域经济发展的驱动效能。文章首先通过熵值评价法测算了成渝地区数字经济发展水平和区域经济发展水平的综合评价指数,然后运用描述性统计、ADF检验以及构建计量经济模型等方法对二者辩证关系进行了实证研究。研究发现,成渝地区的数字经济总体呈现波动上升发展趋势,并为区域经济发展提供了新动能和新优势;此外,政府参与程度越高,对于区域经济发展水平越具有正向增进作用。提出三点对策建议:充分发挥成渝双核的辐射作用,带动非核城市经济发展;提高数字经济发展水平,推动区域经济实现质的有效提升和量的合理增长;健全相关法律法规,保障区域经济安全与高质量发展。

Based on the relevant panel data of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle from 2011 to 2020, the driving efficiency of the digital economy for regional economic development is demonstrated. Firstly, the comprehensive evaluation index of digital economic development level and regional economic development level of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle was measured and calculated by entropy evaluation method, and then the relationship between them was empirically studied by using descriptive statistics, ADF test and econometric model construction. It is found that the digital economy of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle shows an overall fluctuating upward development trend, which provides the new growth drivers and new strengths for the regional economic development;in addition, the higher the degree of government participation, the more positive it is for the regional economic development level. Based on this, three countermeasure suggestions are put forward: to give full play to the radiation effect of the Chengdu-Chongqing dual-core and drive the economic development of non-core cities;to improve the digital economic development level and promote the regional economy to achieve effective qualitative improvement and reasonable quantitative growth;and to improve relevant laws and regulations to guarantee the safety and high-quality development of the regional economy.
