摘要
在PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、中国知网(CNKI)等数据库中检索,检索日期从各数据库建库到2022年1月,检索内容为呼吸训练治疗非特异性下腰背痛的随机对照研究,评估呼吸训练对非特异性下腰背痛治疗的有效性。研究需对呼吸训练和包括手法治疗在内的常规训练治疗非特异性下腰背痛效果进行比较。按照纳入和排除标准独立筛选文献,采用物理治疗证据数据库量表和Cochrane风险偏倚评估工具进行文献质量评价。Meta分析结果显示:与对照组或其他治疗组相比,呼吸训练组患者的疼痛及功能障碍指数评分均得到显著改善;疼痛指标:MD=-0.58,95%CI(-0.81,-0.35),P=0.000;功能障碍指数:MD=-2.97,95%CI(-3.78,-2.16),P=0.561。呼吸训练可以改善非特异性下腰背痛患者疼痛,并降低功能指数评分;可用于治疗非特异性下腰背痛患者,可在4~8周的治疗中取得一定疗效。
The PubMed, Web of Science, Embase and CNKI databases from the beginning of each database to January 2022 were searched for evaluating the effectiveness of respiratory training in the treatment of nonspecific low back pain. The randomized case-control study on respiratory training for the treatment of nonspecific low back pain was searched to compare the effects of respiratory training with routine training including manual therapy for the pain. Two investigators independently screened research reports according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria and assessed the quality of them using the Physical Therapy Evidence Database Scale and the Cochrane Risk Bias Assessment Tool, and the Stata16 was used for statistical analysis of the inclusive results. The Meta-analysis showed that the pain and dysfunction index scores of patients of the respiratory training group were significantly improved compared with the control group or other treatment groups. It was significant for pain (MD=-0. 58,95%CI (-0. 81,-0. 35),P=0. 000)and was not significant for dysfunction index (MD=-2. 97,95%CI (-3. 78,-2. 16),P=0. 561). The research revealed that breathing training was capable of improvement of the pain of patients with nonspecific low back pain and reduction of the function index score, which could be used to treat patients with nonspecific low back pain and achieved better result in treatment within 4~8 weeks.
