摘要
采用五因素正念问卷、Heartland宽恕量表、认知灵活性量表、中文版人际反应指针量表对741名中学生进行匿名施测,探讨中学生特质正念与人际宽恕倾向的关系以及认知灵活性与共情在其中的中介作用。结果表明:中学生特质正念、认知灵活性、共情、人际宽恕倾向之间两两显著正相关;中学生特质正念对人际宽恕倾向的直接效应显著,共情以及认知灵活性-共情在特质正念与人际宽恕倾向之间的中介和链式中介作用均显著。中学生特质正念既可以直接影响人际宽恕倾向,又可以通过共情的独立中介效应以及认知灵活性-共情的链式中介效应间接影响人际宽恕倾向。
To reveal the relationship between the dispositional mindfulness and interpersonal forgiveness of middle school students and examine the mediating roles of cognitive flexibility and empathy in the relationship,a total of 741 middle school students was measured through completing the five-facet mindfulness questionnaire, heartland forgiveness scale, cognitive flexibility inventory and interpersonal reactivity index-C.The results showed that trait mindfulness, cognitive flexibility, empathy, and interpersonal forgiveness were significantly and positively correlated with each other;and the direct effect of middle school students′ trait mindfulness on interpersonal forgiveness was significant, the mediating effect of empathy and the chain mediating effect of “cognitive flexibility-empathy” on trait mindfulness and interpersonal forgiveness were also significant;the middle school students’ trait mindfulness influenced interpersonal forgiveness not only directly, but also indirectly through the path of empathy alone or the chain mediating path of cognitive flexibilityempathy.
