微小餐饮食品经营许可审查常见问题及食品安全监管对策研究

摘要 近年来,微小餐饮在开设门槛较低、外卖平台发展等背景下发展迅速,逐渐成为餐饮行业不可或缺的组成部分。本文以深圳市某区微小餐饮作为研究对象,对食品经营许可审查中遇到的常见问题进行深入分析,以问题为导向为食品安全监管日常检查工作提供新思路,探索新形势下微小餐饮食品经营许可和食品安全监管的优化途径。 In recent years, small catering has developed rapidly under the background of low opening threshold and the development of takeout industry, it has gradually become an indispensable part of the catering industry. This paper takes the small catering in a district of Shenzhen as the research object, conducts an in-depth analysis of the common problems encountered in food business license inspection, provides new ideas for the daily inspection of food safety supervision based on the problem orientation, and explores the optimization way of small catering food business license and food safety supervision under new circumstance.
