摘要
中职护生食品安全意识的高低不仅影响自身健康,也关系着毕业后基层护理工作能否提供更好的服务,同时推动“健康中国”理念的实施。但从目前中职护生的食品安全意识现状来看,存在饮食习惯差、消费行为不良、对食品安全问题关注度不高、不具备维权意识等问题。本文从学校、家庭、社会以及个人4个层面探索食品安全意识的提高策略,为中职护校的食品安全教育提供参考依据。
The level of food safety awareness among secondary nursing students not only affects their own health, but also has a bearing on whether they can provide better services in primary care after graduation and promote the implementation of the concept of “Healthy China”. However, from the current situation of food safety awareness among secondary nursing students, there are problems such as poor dietary habits, poor consumption behavior, lack of attention to food safety issues, and lack of awareness of rights protection. This paper explores strategies to improve food safety awareness at four levels: school, family, society, and individual, in order to provide a reference for food safety education in secondary nursing schools.
