摘要
食品安全关系到人们的切身利益,食品检验是保障食品安全的重要方式,食品检验样品的管理和质量控制是保障食品检测结果准确性的重要基础。本文从样品的接收和确认、样品的标识与流转、样品的留存、样品的处置4方面,对食品检验实验室样品管理及控制要点进行研究,并提出了合理化建议。
Food safety is related to people’s vital interests,food inspection is an important way to ensure food safety,food inspection sample management and quality control is an important basis to ensure the accuracy of food testing results.In this paper,sample management and control points of food inspection laboratory were studied from four aspects,such as sample reception and confirmation,sample identification and flow,sample retention,sample disposal,and put forward reasonable suggestions.
