摘要
饮食和情绪心态密切相关且相互影响,维持健康的身心状态需要同时关注饮食和情绪两个方面。近年来,学界逐渐将研究的重点转移至饮食和情绪之间的关系上。本文从饮食模式和情绪状态两个角度出发,阐述不同饮食模式与情绪心态之间存在的相互作用,以期为培养合理饮食习惯、保持良好心态提供理论支持。
Diet and emotional mindsets are closely related, and maintenance of a healthy mind body state requires simultaneous attention to both dietary and emotional aspects. This paper addresses the interactions that exist between different eating patterns and the emotional mindset from the two perspectives of eating patterns and emotional states, in the hope of providing theoretical support for cultivating reasonable eating habits and keeping a good mind.
