乳铁蛋白是一种天然蛋白质,具有多种良好的生物学功能,最早发现于1960年。近60年来,学者们对其进行了大量的研究。现今乳铁蛋白作为营养强化剂被广泛应用于婴幼儿配方奶粉中。婴幼儿配方奶粉是婴幼儿除母乳外的重要营养来源,在我国的市场需求十分巨大,因此乳铁蛋白与婴幼儿健康的研究十分必要。基于此,本文对乳铁蛋白的生物学功能进行综述,以供参考。

Lactoferrin is a natural protein with a variety of good biological functions.It was first discovered in 1960.In the last 60 years,scholars have done a lot of research on it.Lactoferrin is widely used as a nutritive enhancer in infant formula.As an important source of nutrition in addition to breast milk,infant formula has a huge market demand in China,so it is necessary to study lactoferrin and infant health.Based on this,the biological functions of lactoferrin are reviewed for reference.
