摘要
以不同提取剂协同微波法提取漳州平和葡萄柚皮果胶,结果表明十二烷基磺酸钠作为提取剂协助微波加热制得果胶的得率及理化性质较好。通过单因素试验和正交试验的优化,确定十二烷基磺酸钠表面活性剂辅助微波法提取葡萄柚皮果胶中十二烷基磺酸钠质量百分比浓度为0.4%、液料比为8∶1(mL∶g)、浸提液pH为1.5、微波功率为1200 W、微波时间为4 min,果胶提取率可达13.61%,制得的果胶理化性能较好。
Pectin from Zhangzhou Pinghe grapefruit peel was extracted by microwave assisted with different extractants.The results showed that the pectin prepared by microwave assisted with sodium dodecyl sulfonate as extractant had better yield and physicochemical properties.Through single factor test and orthogonal test optimization,the sodium dodecyl sulfonate surfactant-assisted microwave extraction of pectin from grapefruit peel was determined as follows:the mass percentage concentration of sodium dodecyl sulfonate was 0.4%,the ratio of liquid to material was 8∶1(mL∶g),the pH of the extraction solution was 1.5,the microwave power was 1200 W,and the micro-wave time was 4 min,the pectin extraction rate was 13.61%,and the prepared pectin had good physical and chemical properties.
