大学生阈下抑郁的研究进展

Research progress of subthreshold depression in college students

阈下抑郁是一种心理亚健康状态,其发病率远高于抑郁症,其中大学生因生理和心理仍处于有待发展健全阶段,致使其成为阈下抑郁的高发群体,导致学习生活和社会功能等都受到严重损害,及时发现和治疗可改善大学生阈下抑郁症状,从而进一步减少抑郁症的发病率。本文对阈下抑郁的概念内涵、理论基础和测评工具等方面进行综述,深入分析大学生阈下抑郁的影响因素,并总结干预方法,以期为有效促进大学生的身心健康和全面发展,降低阈下抑郁的发病率,有效缓解抑郁症状提供借鉴和参考。

Subthreshold depression is a mental sub-health state,and its incidence rate is much higher than that of depression.College students are still in the stage of development and perfection due to their physiology and psychology,which makes them a high incidence group of subthreshold depression,resulting in serious damage to learning,life and social functions.Timely discovery and treatment can improve the symptoms of subthreshold depression of college students,thus further reducing the incidence rate of depression.This paper summarizes the concept,connotation,theoretical basis and evaluation tools of subthreshold depression,deeplyanalyzes the influencing factors of subliminal depression of college students,and summarizes the intervention methods,in order to provide reference for effectively promoting the physical and mental health and all-round development of college students,reducing the incidence rate of subliminal depression,and effectively relieving the symptoms of depression.
