急诊科护士血源性职业暴露相关因素及防护研究进展

Research progress on factors and protection of blood-borne occupational exposure of nurses in emergency department

急诊科是护士发生血源性职业暴露的高危场所之一,由于工作的特殊性,急诊科护士成为血源性职业暴露的高危人群,而血源性职业暴露带来的健康问题却是不容忽视的。本文对急诊科护士血源性职业暴露的形式、相关因素、对急诊科护士带来的健康危害及防护进行综述,以期加强急诊科护士自身的防护意识,从而降低血源性职业暴露的发生率,有效地保障护士自身健康和安全。

The emergency department is one of the high-risk places for nurses to have blood-borne occupational exposure.Due to the particularity of work,emergency nurses become the high-risk group of blood-borne occupational exposure,and the health problems caused by blood-borne occupational exposure cannot be ignored.The article review the forms,related factors,health hazards and protection of emergent nurses’blood-borne occupational exposure,so as to strengthen the self-awareness of protection of nursing workers,reduce the incidence of emergent nurses’blood-borne occupational exposure,and effectively protect the health and safety of nurses.
