泡沫沥青冷再生下面层在某高速公路改扩建项目中的施工技术应用

摘要 在海南省某高速公路改扩建项目中,通过泡沫沥青冷再生工艺对旧沥青路面进行铣刨回收再利用,结合项目所在地的环境特点,在施工过程中,通过深入调查和试验研究,确定了在施工材料准备、拌和、混合料运输、现场摊铺和压实等环节的技术要求和特点,明确了泡沫沥青冷再生下面层的施工质量控制要点,并结合项目实际应用情况,描述了对泡沫沥青摊铺稳定性、拌和均匀性和含水量控制等方面的施工建议。 In a Highway reconstruction and expansion project in Hainan Province,the foam asphalt cold recycling process was used to mill and recycle the old asphalt pavement.Combined with the environmental characteristics of the project location,the technical requirements and characteristics of construction materials preparation,mixing,transportation of mixed materials,on-the-spot spreading and compaction were determined through in-depth investigation and experimental study during the construction process.The key points of construction quality control of the cold reclaimed layer of foam asphalt are clarified.Combined with the actual application of the project,the construction suggestions on the stability of foam asphalt spreading,the uniformity of mixing and the control of water content are described.
