基于超效率SBM的能源效率测算--以长江经济带为例

摘要 针对区域能源效率测度问题的研究,本文构建了考虑非期望产出的超效率SBM效率测度模型,对2006-2019年长江经济带中的28个地级市进行能源效率测度。研究结果表明:①观测期内,仅有28.6%的地级市能源效率均值大于1,大部分城市能源效率均值仍处于较低水平。②长江经济带高投入、高排放的粗放型经济发展模式正在不断改善。③能源效率存在区域差异,上、中、下游三大区域的能源效率均值分别为0.791、0.823、0.885。 In view of the research on the measurement of regional energy efficiency,this paper constructs a super-efficiency SBM efficiency measurement model considering unexpected output,and measures the energy efficiency of 28 prefecture-level cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2006 to 2019.The results show that:①During the observation period,only 28.6%of the average energy efficiency of prefecture-level cities is greater than 1,and most of the average energy efficiency of cities is still at a low level.②The extensive economic development model with high investment and high emissions in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is constantly improving.③There are regional differences in energy efficiency.The average energy efficiency of the upper,middle and lower regions is 0.791,0.823 and 0.885 respectively.
