环保型固化再生碎石土基层施工技术应用

摘要 针对建筑垃圾日益增多,占用土地,污染环境的情况,以业内已有的固化土试验为基础,通过掺加再生碎石,改变配合比进行新试验,对比常见的水泥稳定碎石基层力学性能指标,解决常规固化土7d无侧限抗压强度不足的问题,探索一种新型的环保型固化再生碎石土基层,将建筑垃圾中的再生碎石部分资源化利用,作为道路基层填筑材料,并从力学性能与经济性方面探究其替代道路水稳层的可行性。 In view of the increasing construction waste,land occupation and environmental pollution,based on the existing solidified soil tests in the industry,a new test was conducted by adding recycled crushed stone and changing the mix ratio,comparing the mechanical performance indexes of common cement stabilized crushed stone base,solving the problem of insufficient 7d unconfined compressive strength of regular solidified soil,and exploring a new environment-friendly solidified recycled crushed stone soil base.Recycled crushed stone from construction waste is used as filling material for road base,and the feasibility of replacing road water stabilized layer with recycled crushed stone from mechanical properties and economy is explored.
