摘要
提出一种预埋在叠合板组合梁中预制底板的角钢连接件,该角钢连接件带有焊接的弯起钢筋。该连接件旨在起到代替传统预制底板出筋的作用。基于此,进行了两组叠合板组合梁负弯矩作用下的抗弯试验,其变量为是否带预埋角钢连接件,对两组试件在负弯矩作用的试验结果进行对比分析。同时,由于连接件的预埋位置使其能展现较好的横向抗剪性能,采用横向推出试验模拟对连接件提供的横向抗剪承载力进行研究。结果表明:角钢连接件可以代替出筋,带角钢组合梁抗弯承载力略高于传统组合梁,且滑移更少;单个角钢可以提供142 kN的横向抗剪承载力,角钢承载力随其屈服强度和翼缘厚度增加而增加。
A pre-embedded angle connector for prefabricated base plates in laminated slab composite beam is proposed,which has welded bent-up reinforcement. The connector is is intended to act as an alternative to the extruding bars of the conventional precast slab. Based on this,two sets of flexural tests of composite beams with precast slabs under the action of negative bending moments were conducted. The variables of the test are whether or not with pre-embedded angle connectors. The test results of the two groups of specimens under the action of negative bending moment are compared and analyzed. At the same time,the pre-embedded position of the connectors enables them to exhibit better transverse shear performance. The transverse shear bearing capacity provided by the connectors is investigated using a transverse push-out test simulation. The results show that the angle connectors can replace the extruding bars of the precast slab,and the flexural load capacity of the composite beam with angles is slightly higher and less slippery than that of the conventional composite beam A single angle connector can provide a transverse shear resistance of 142 kN. The strength of the angle connector increases with its yield strength and flange thickness.
