预应力孔道压浆料性能优化试验研究

摘要 针对原材料与配合比不同导致预应力孔道压浆料性能不稳定的问题,采用对照试验,研究了水泥种类、水胶比、膨胀剂、矿物掺合料等对压浆料工作性能、力学性能的影响,确定最佳原材料掺量。研究结果表明:水泥种类主要影响压浆料的工作性能,不同水泥和压浆剂适应性不同,亚东水泥有较好的适应性,在0.26~0.28水胶比范围内都具有良好的工作性能;塑性膨胀剂对压浆料早期收缩具有补偿作用,但掺量过高时会对压浆料力学性能产生不利的影响,应控制在0.02%掺量范围内;石灰石粉能够提高浆体流动性,掺量应控制在20%以内,矿粉和硅灰能够提高浆体力学性能,掺量应分别控制在15%和4%以内。 In view of the instability of the performance of the prestressed duct grouting material caused by different raw materials and proportions,the effects of cement types,water binder ratio,expansion agent,mineral admixtures on the working performance and mechanical properties of the grouting material were studied by contrast tests,and the optimal raw material dosage was determined.The cement type mainly affects the working performance of grouting materials.Different cements and grouting agents have different adaptability,Yadong cement has good adaptability,and has good working performance in the range of 0.26~0.28 water binder ratio;The plastic expansion agent can compensate the early shrinkage of the grouting material,but too high dosage will have adverse effects on the mechanical properties of the grouting material,which should be controlled within 0.02%dosage;Limestone powder can improve the f luidity of the slurry,and the dosage should be controlled within 20%.Mineral powder and silica fume can improve the mechanical properties of the slurry,and the dosage should be controlled within 15%and 4%respectively.
